As our Stores and Stock Officer, you will ensure all spare parts for the Yenda Maintenance function are purchased & managed in a way to ensure guaranteed availability of cost-effective parts with accurate inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & update the MEX Computer System with current & up to date information of stores inventory
• Coordinate the day-to-day operational aspect of the Satellite Stores
• Conduct periodic stock takes
• Liaise with technical personnel to assist them in fulfilling their maintenance function
• Receive and allocate spares to appropriate areas or individuals
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency and cost control
• Purchase materials, equipment and/or supplies at the best price
• Establish effective working relationships with suppliers

Skills and Experience required:

• Good organisational and planning ability
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in Stock control and/or Purchasing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Effective communication skills

Desirable:

• Forklift Licence
• Previous experience with Ezy Wine and/or MEX Systems
